Shipping Information

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days).

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can stay up-to-date on the delivery time of your order.

United States:
- Standard Shipping: FREE
- Express Shipping: $5.99
- Estimated Delivery: 7-11 business days

Germany:
- Express Shipping: €4.99
- Estimated Delivery: 7-11 business days

Important: We currently ship ONLY to the United States and Germany. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Customs & Import Duties: We guarantee Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service for all international orders to Germany. This means the price you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs fees, import duties, and VAT. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. For orders shipped within the United States, no customs duties or tariffs apply.

Lost Packages

We will consider an item lost in transit if the tracking information has no updates for 35 days. Please contact us at support@amy-boutique.com so we can process a replacement.

We disclaim any responsibility in case of theft of the package occurred after the confirmation of completion of the shipment, especially if this coincides with a photo of the order at the front door.

Q: How Do I Cancel An Order?
A: Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Email support@amy-boutique.com.

Q: How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us at support@amy-boutique.com immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: Is Your Website Secure With My Personal Information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Does Amy-Boutique Provide A Quality Guarantee For All The Products Being Sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us at support@amy-boutique.com and we'll get it addressed!

Q: How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
A: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Once an order is placed, customers have one hour to cancel an order before our team starts processing it. Once the initial hour has passed we can't guarantee a refund on the item before it is shipped. In some cases you will need to wait for the item to arrive and process it as a return/refund! If a cancellation is possible after the initial hour we may charge a 10% admin and restocking fee, depending how far through the packaging and shipping process the order has gotten. There will be a $2 fee on any cancellation to cover credit card and processing before the initial hour.

Q: Do You Offer A Refund If I Don't Like The Product?
A: Absolutely! We offer a refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our Refund Policy for complete details.
