30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

What We Accept:

  • Returns for defective products
  • Returns for non-defective products (including sale items)
  • Exchanges for different sizes or styles

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Product Condition: We only accept returns for new, unused items.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@amy-boutique.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you:

  • Return shipping instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (included free)

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Label: We include a free prepaid return label in your package. Simply use this label to send the item back at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee: A $10 USD restocking fee applies to all returns (deducted from your refund).


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@amy-boutique.com so we can resolve the issue.

For defective or damaged items, the restocking fee is waived.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

We accept exchanges for different sizes or styles.


Refund Processing

Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 15 days if your refund was approved.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method, minus the $10 restocking fee (unless the item was defective or damaged).

Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
